The Spinney's B&B Terms and Conditions
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Payment method: Credit cards: - Whilst we are happy to give guests the opportunity to pay by credit card, as a small business, we pay proportionately more by way of bank charges, to remedy this we apply a 3% surcharge.
All major Credit Cards: 2% Debit Card: 0%
Cancellation Policy: If you have to cancel your reservation, please do so by 4:00pm three days prior to your booked arrival date cancellation after this time or for whatever reason you fail to arrive, we will, unfortunately, have to charge you the full rate of your booking.
We will endeavour to re let the rooms and, at our discretion, will consider a reduction of these charges if no loss results.
Holiday Insurance Policy: If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation you are advised to take out Travel Insurance
Eviivo, If you have booked online through Eviivo and subsequently have to cancel, there will unfortunately be a charge levied of 5% of the total booking cost to cover admin and credit card transaction fees.

In line with current legislation, The Spinney has a no smoking policy and we would kindly ask that there is no smoking on the premises. Non-compliance with the no smoking policy carries a penalty charge of £100.00 to cover the cost of extra cleaning & the resulting delay incurred in re-letting the room.
Check in time: 16.00hrs to 19.00hrs
Check out time: 10:30am
Standard check-in from 16.00hrs till 7pm. Pre-advised & unavoidable late arrivals can be arranged. For arrivals before 16.00hrs, if the room is not ready, luggage can be stored.
The Spinney is unable to cater for pets.
